Odhiambo, No worries, Its my first time too. It was requested by a client to be used for all their IT procedures. I think its more of a set of guided procedures that govern the day to day I.T services in any company. What now I need to know is, what is the body that came up with IMAC and what are these guidelines? Amos, I bumped into that site too, already, but it still doesn't have enough. I wish for more. Hello Yvonne, I would suggest that an organisation that is diligent enough to comply with a set standard should perhaps adopt ITIL V3? This would be a more holistic approach as this would deal with IT service management in totality as opposed to a single process. Just a suggestion.
