Good People, Please help me understand. Why is it that even after all the customer complaints, Zuku never makes any effort to improve their mediocre services?
From a technical standpoint, is it a lack of capacity to improve or lack of capacity to handle all the subscriptions?
Lastly, why does Zuku internet suffer downtimes when it rains? What's the relationship between these two occurrences?

Yes, they don't really care. No, you can't do anything about it. No, they will not change. Zuku equipment easily gets waterlogged because its poor quality. They don't have backup power at their base stations. Anything else?? On Thu, Mar 30, 2017 at 11:30 PM, Mouz Muya via skunkworks < skunkworks@lists.my.co.ke> wrote:

Fish rots from the head, lately I get calls reminding me of my subscription due date(remember it’s a prepaid service) , before that they were giving offers on prompt/early subscription payments, to me these are signs of a company in financial distress. Here is an article on how CS Mucheru & co lost 20b at the holding company https://www.standardmedia.co.ke/business/article/2001234504/cs-mucheru-among... But I gotta say, my Tripple play is close to perfect except for the telephone which never works and they don’t seem to know how to resolve . Zuku cabling was already done when I moved into the house. They charged me 4K for the router and TV equipment. Safaricom wants to do their setup for free. On Mar 31, 2017 09:48, "Barrack Otieno" <otieno.barrack@gmail.com> wrote:
Okechukwu, how much did they charge you for Safaricom Fibre Installation. They installed their terminal outside my balcony without word in connection costs or packages.

Awesome. Safaricom about to get a new customer real quick!
Judging by the support given for other products, I assume they give proper support and not the mathogothanio Zuku has become known for?

I am on Safaricom fibre, previously on Zuku, and definitely cannot look back. No issues at all with rain. I have an issue once which was due to bad installation and the installers came back and rectified it, since then, no issues at all.

Is anyone here using Safaricom fiber?
How's your experience? Is it affected by rain? Does it have downtimes like Zuku?

Fish rots from the head, lately I get calls reminding me of my subscription due date(remember it’s a prepaid service) , before that they were giving offers on prompt/early subscription payments, to me these are signs of a company in financial distress.
Here is an article on how CS Mucheru & co lost 20b at the holding company

But I gotta say, my Tripple play is close to perfect except for the telephone which never works and they don’t seem to know how to resolve .

Good People,
Please help me understand.
