Advice on Cloud Computing and possible archiving solutions for a growing office
Skunks, Its me once again, i need advice on possible cloud solutions for a growing office. The solution should allow different departments to upload/dowload their own files. I am also looking for good advice on archiving to create space on hard drives. Best Regards

We (Angani) can setup own-cloud for you, fairly straightforward and the fact that we don't contend local traffic means that it will be quite fast (we've got a few customers on own-cloud at the moment). If you are looking to setup an archive, it depends on how much data you are looking at archiving. We are looking at bringing down the cost to a couple of shillings per gig per month. There are products like Glacier (AWS) that can do this - we hope to bring this to .ke in the next few months.
