Impressive Postpaid Plan from Orange

Skunks Has any of you seen the postpaid plan for Orange. For Once I think they are beginning to get it,You get a Samsung Galaxy phone i9001 for 3k a month that covers voice calls and data. No Upfront deposits required. I think this is quite reasonable looking at the fact that for a corporate, my average voice calls range around that much. Also have the new Galaxy Tab for 4k a month and the new iphone for the same. What are your thoughts ? Kevin

I would go for the iPhone. David. On Tue, Aug 16, 2011 at 3:25 PM, Kevin Omondi <kevin.ouma@gmail.com> wrote:

It does but data is at 3 bob per MB deducted from your monthly usage allocation. As a clarification this offer is for corporates and SMEs so they will ask for the ususal certificate of incorporation, blah, blah, bah Cheers, Kevin On Tue, Aug 16, 2011 at 4:08 PM, Andrew Wafula <awafula@gmail.com> wrote:

In the process of acquiring the Samsung galaxy and those guys told me that as long as you use 3k per month that's it. If fall short of the 3k minimum charge is still 3k. Good offer IMO and we should go the way of contract phones like in the US. On Aug 16, 2011 4:38 PM, "Okechukwu" <okechukwu@gmail.com> wrote:

Am I the only one finding it funny that orange are promoting both the iPhone and the galaxy s totally ignoring the battle in Europe. Talk about lack of loyalty. Apple should ave gone with Airtel or safaricom. On 8/17/11, Alex Ngatia <alex.ngatia@gmail.com> wrote:

It is not unheard of for carriers to support different types of smart phones. But I agree Apple could have pushed iPhone adoption in Kenya if they had gone with Safaricom. I am sure it is a pain to use the iPhone on a non-3G network. It is just not value.

Phillip Orange are gunning to launch their 3g in the next few weeks so that issue will be history. Kevin On Wed, Aug 17, 2011 at 4:29 PM, Philip Musyoki <pmusyoki@gmail.com> wrote:
