Operators have the "powered by <name>" at the bottom of the mobile facebook portal via facebook advertising. Facebook is given a range of public IPs. Any mobile that accesses facebook via that range will have "powered by <name>" inserted at the bottom of the page. On your operamini, if you select "mobile view" under settings, then I believe you wont see the insertion. Thats coz mobile view prompts the browser to use their proxy.
