Operators have the "powered by <name>" at the bottom of the mobile facebook portal via facebook advertising. Facebook is given a range of public IPs. Any mobile that accesses facebook via that range will have "powered by <name>" inserted at the bottom of the page.
As you might have noticed, those browsing on OperaMini will not have this as opera serves as a proxy server which will have the its IP outside the allowed IP range.
