If opting Orange, go for factory built, the mini-SIM and micro-SIM are of different widths, with the mini-SIM being the larger, something I discovered the hard way, could ruin your phone. Just head to their GPO shop and buy one. The reason I say 'I guess' is because every time I've gone to their shops, I'd also found it necessary to get a new SIM card due to some features missing on old ones... For instance, recently when I wanted to load credit on another phone using a recharge voucher, my SIM card app (is that what it's called?) could not accept 16 digits on the voucher/scratch card. A new SIM card was able to take the 16, while the old only accepted 12.
