Good stuff but what' his employees motivation level and their income? Inspirational stuff! However, I'm drawn to his statement: “There is a disregard for Kenyan firms by Kenyans,” he says. “It’s so much to overcome and something needs to be done about it.” ...I guess a lot more needs to be done with respect to advocating for locally developed solutions... I think we have enough talent & skill locally to develop for our local needs as well as export to the markets outside... Kind Regards John

Don't we need such inspiration esp on a bitterly cold Kenyan morning? *<< **Good stuff but whats his employees motivation level and their income?
* Give the guy a break, if you want to earn millions a month, you can try forming your own company and see how much millions per month you can pay someone. Which Kenyan company has a swimming pool for their staff? Anyway, I think from what im reading, patience will be prudent as the guy is working hard to please your local bank to buy the product and maybe improve the salo to your satisfaction.
