Good stuff but what'  his employees motivation level and their income?

However, I'm drawn to his statement:

“There is a disregard for Kenyan firms by Kenyans,” he says. “It’s so much to overcome and something needs to be done about it.”

...I guess a lot more needs to be done with respect to advocating for locally developed solutions... I think we have enough talent & skill locally to develop for our local needs as well as export to the markets outside...
