Hello guys, maybe someone can explain this phenomena. At exactly 12:00, this number keeps calling me. I pick and all I hear is music and some sort of promotion, no answers, no disconnection. It is just easier to say 12 Noon or Midnight. Technically, there can't be 12:00 AM or PM in both case it would be difficult to tell, so if it is a midnight, technically the moment before 1200 is PM and the moment after 12 is AM. Same for during the day, where the moment before midday is AM and moment after is PM. And since the actual 12:00:00:00 lasts such a short and humanly immeasurable time, there can't be 12 AM or 12 PM. Nothing strange. That is an Airtel Promo. Simply blacklist the number if you dont want to receive that promo number.

Boss, several times it happened to, these are Airtel ads that are automated. I contacted their customer care that was about one year ago since I did and they removed my line from those ad things. You can write on their fb page (https://www.facebook.com/AirtelKe) or twitter handle and they will respond very fast.
