Connect the two buildings to an ISP, who can give you a point to point link, then configure a VPN between them. Setting up your own wireless link would be your most cost-effective option in the long run especially once you have a good idea of what kind of max load you're looking at in the next 5 years or so. Also try and see if one of the 4 points can be seen by the other 3, if not, think of a building where you think you might have access that might see all 4 sites...you get the idea... Use dedicated antennas to each client radio instead of an omni due to possible large variances in ACK values.
