Predefined report templates whose content will be fetched from different fields stored in an Oracle database. The details can be provided as and when we are ready to go 2. The Oracle database connections and Oracle PL/SQL procedures and triggers will be provided 1. A tracking tool to be used to dynamically fetch all e-mail from specific MS Exchange mailboxes and store the records in a tracking database. The system should be able to dynamically fetch and update entries as follows 1. Create a new record for every new mail that is received, sent or deleted 2. Update an existing mail record every time an incoming or outgoing e-mail is delivered, read for the first time, relied to resend, recalled etc. 3. Have a GUI for updating other tracking information about the e-mail that users will capture 4. Print various reports as may be defined 5.
