I have the following requests and need to get a costing for those who can work on 1) oracle based system  2) exchange

 An Policy printing tool that has the following features

1. A GUI to be used in specifying criteria for printing one or a range of documents. The criteria will include one or more of the following

·         Product

·         Transaction Categories

·         Clients

·         Policy Number

·         Transaction Date

·         Policy Dates

2. Predefined report templates whose content will be fetched from different fields stored in an Oracle database. The details can be provided as and when we are ready to go
3. The Oracle database connections and Oracle PL/SQL procedures and triggers will be provided

2. A tracking tool to be used to dynamically fetch all e-mail from specific MS Exchange mailboxes and store the records in a tracking database. The system should be able to dynamically fetch and  update entries as follows
1. Create a new record for every new mail that is received, sent or deleted
2. Update an existing mail record every time an incoming or outgoing e-mail is delivered, read for the first time, relied to resend, recalled etc.
3. Have a GUI for updating other tracking information about the e-mail that users will capture
4. Print various reports as may be defined
5. Have a mechanism to sent out alerts to designated staff when certain user defined conditions prevail e.g. an incoming e-mail has not been opened for 6 hours, no reply has been made for an incoming mail for more the 6 hours etc
