Kevin, Go to an Orange care center nearest to you. They will show you a map detailing whether your area is fully covered by the newer modem. Not everywhere in Nairobi is covered. The newer modem has limited coverage, in some instances, a good location in a room in a poor coverage area improves speeds, or you buy an antennae that you hung outside to improve reception. Thanks Peter. Its working fine. I am however experiencing much slower speeds than when I have the modem plugged in to my machine. Does anyone know if I need to have additional settings ?
