Kevin,<br><br>Go to an Orange care center nearest to you. They will show you a map detailing whether your area is fully covered by the newer modem. Not everywhere in Nairobi is covered. The newer modem has limited coverage, in some instances, a good location in a room in a poor coverage area improves speeds, or you buy an antennae that you hung outside to improve reception.<br>
