Thanks for the insight but this gentleman is NOT the type to use such gadgets as Blackberry, unless it can be used to "make/receive" calls. To be honest, he uses a Nokia 6310i quite old already but he can make calls and that is what matters. I can only get him another deice IF that will change his life - the way he makes calls. I've found something that looks promising - Solo DTMF<http://www.sosoftware.com/solo-dtmf-client-for-avaya-ip-office-ec-500-communication-manager-one-x-mobile>- have to investigate further.
