<div>Thanks for the insight but this gentleman is NOT the type to use such gadgets as Blackberry, unless it can be used to &quot;make/receive&quot; calls. To be honest, he uses a Nokia 6310i quite old already but he can make calls and that is what matters.  I can only get him another deice IF that will change his life - the way he makes calls. I&#39;ve found something that looks promising - <a href="http://www.sosoftware.com/solo-dtmf-client-for-avaya-ip-office-ec-500-communication-manager-one-x-mobile" target="_blank">Solo DTMF</a> - have to investigate further.
