Hello all, My apologies for not getting back to you earlier. This was due to unforeseen circumstances. Thank you for informing me that Request Tracker doesn't pop mails. I need a ticketing system that will pop mails and send auto-responses. @Paul, please assist in this. Am contacting you off-list as i got an error while trying to run the system.
