Hello all,<br><br>My apologies for not getting back to you earlier. This was due to unforeseen circumstances.<br><br>Thank you for informing me that Request Tracker doesn&#39;t pop mails.<br>I need a ticketing system that will pop mails and send auto-responses.<br>
