Susan Thanks for the update however Companies are losing millions in business per day because of this outage. I think customer confidence in KDN is getting eroded by the minute. Some rumours even claim it is sabotage by employees. You might need to run a campaign after this to re-assure your clients that all is well if at all it is. The instability is attributed to a logical fault on some of our fiber network elements which our engineers are working to resolve.
