Thanks for the update however Companies are losing millions in business per day because of this outage. I think customer confidence in KDN is getting eroded by the minute. Some rumours even claim it is sabotage by employees. You might need to run a campaign after this to re-assure your clients that all is well if at all it is.

The instability is attributed to a logical fault on some of our fiber network elements which our engineers are working to resolve.

 

Our vendors have joined KDN engineers to analyze the network log files on the Sameer network hub for errors with an aim to resolve the fault.
