Hi Tony, Yes configs are panel-side. But the changes being made aren't reflecting. (I'm actually not the one configuring, some other people are.) The changes they make are showing on the control panel but not on commandline. Only the ports visible on the commandline are working, like ssh and mysql :-( Anywho, let me send results of lsof and netstat as evidence. Regards, Mutinda. Mutinda, I would guess you do that on the control panel, not on the server (assuming apache or whatever is 'listening' already on 80 and/or 443. "lsof -i" on the server to check.

I have a scenario: a system I monitor (web based) was moved from a Linux Mint box to Oracle's cloud. The instance on cloud is up I can even ssh to it.
The trouble is, we have been unable to get a port opened so that the web based system can listen through it. It's been too long we've tried, any assistance would be appreciated.
