Yes configs are panel-side. But the changes being made aren't reflecting. (I'm actually not the one configuring, some other people are.) The changes they make are showing on the control panel but not on commandline.

Only the ports visible on the commandline are working, like ssh and mysql :-(

Anywho, let me send results of lsof and netstat as evidence.

server (assuming apache or whatever is 'listening' already on 80
and/or 443. "lsof -i" on the server to check.
