Awrite! The following are the natural issues to consider: - When? Maybe guys could comment here on the best possible date, but for me April 3/4 sounds good... - How many? Since it's held in a public location it could be a no-frills event i.e. guys sort themselves out gastronomically, but I'd need to know so as to plan for the networking gear...on this note I'll put up a sign up form for guys to fill within the day (going offline in a bit) - Virtual food: what games shall we play? A variety is good, FPS, RTS, driving games etc - An alternative venue suggestion would also be welcome in case we overshoot venue capacity...since we know the guys on this list aren't few :) Anything left out?
