Awrite! The following are the natural issues to consider:<br><ul><li>When? Maybe guys could comment here on the best possible date, but for me April 3/4 sounds good...</li><li>How many? Since it&#39;s held in a public location it could be a no-frills event i.e. guys sort themselves out gastronomically, but I&#39;d need to know so as to plan for the networking gear...on this note I&#39;ll put up a sign up form for guys to fill within the day (going offline in a bit)<br>

</li><li>Virtual food: what games shall we play? A variety is good, FPS, RTS, driving games etc<br></li><li>An alternative venue suggestion would also be welcome in case we overshoot venue capacity...since we know the guys on this list aren&#39;t few :)</li>
