MS has the policy that a license is bound to hardware + user! read their license agreement carefully. That implies that when you sell a computer you are not allowed to sell the windows license as well. Or if you buy a computer with an OEM windows you actually have to buy a new windows license for it. And you cannot sell second hand windows licenses. Or if you buy another windows version you cannot sell the OEM version. Note that not in all countries the above restrictions are legal, so in some countries you can do some of the above, not sure though what the situation in kenya is.
