MS has the policy that a license is bound to hardware + user! read their license agreement carefully.<div><br></div><div>That implies that when you sell a computer you are not allowed to sell the windows license as well.</div>
<div>Or if you buy a computer with an OEM windows you actually have to buy a new windows license for it.</div><div>And you cannot sell second hand windows licenses.</div><div>Or if you buy another windows version you cannot sell the OEM version.</div>
<div><br></div><div>Note that not in all countries the above restrictions are legal, so in some countries you can</div><div>do some of the above, not sure though what the situation in kenya is.</div><div><br></div><div>If in doubt, follow the license agreement, buy a new license.</div>
