@thebigboss If you are more into tech, hacking and spending more time than you should, you might want to look at http://apc.io/ or http://www.raspberrypi.org/ or various *chinese google tv boxes <http://goo.gl/JnE99>* Sorry if I seem to be advocating for android but it looks like its headed to be the platform of choice. I particularly am looking for a way to get the apc product. available here<http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813181041> cheerio On Tue, Aug 28, 2012 at 12:15 PM, Philip Musyoki <pmusyoki@gmail.com> wrote:
@Wash,
Sometimes I am biased.
I have used both Sony and Samsung LED TV and in my opinion the Sony had more vivid colors and was a clear winner in picture quality. It is a matter of personal preference.
I also have an older Sony TV bought 5 years ago which does not have the Internet bells and whistles but it works up to this day like a charm. Haven't had any issues with it so for it is also a matter of durability.
But I hear Samsung has some new gems in town, but haven't tried them out.
