It was quite a poorly designed and executed survey - Poorly structured questions - Leading questions aimed at getting desired results - Poor interface design (never in my years have i ever seen a form asking one to chose a country using radio buttons!) - It somehow crashed my browser after the first page and refused me to continue Of course the question arises who implemented that query? Was a teder outsourced to a contractor or was it in house ICT board staff? Whichever the answer is it speaks volumes! On Mon, Jan 11, 2010 at 9:53 AM, Steve Muchai <smuchai@gmail.com> wrote:

the questions were many and poorly structured. aesthitically the questionnaire was wanting. I.didnt complete it.
I took the survey but 15 or so minutes in, probably almost at the end, bombed out with a Service Unavailable error. Needless to say, I've not taken the time to try again, and I doubt I will.
