It was quite a poorly designed and executed survey<br><ul><li>Poorly structured questions</li><li>Leading questions aimed at getting desired results</li><li>Poor interface design (never in my years have i ever seen a form asking one to chose a country using radio buttons!)</li>
<li>It somehow crashed my browser after the first page and refused me to continue<br></li></ul>Of course the question arises who implemented that query? Was a teder outsourced to a contractor or was it in house ICT board staff? Whichever the answer is it speaks volumes!<br>
