It was quite a poorly designed and executed survey
Of course the question arises who implemented that query? Was a teder outsourced to a contractor or was it in house ICT board staff? Whichever the answer is it speaks volumes!

I took the survey but 15 or so minutes in, probably almost at the end,
bombed out with a Service Unavailable error. Needless to say, I've not
taken the time to try again, and I doubt I will.
