You will need to have a CSP licence from CCK inorder to get a USSD code. Then theirs the setup costs etc. Its easier if you use an existing PRSP. They will apply for a test bed on your behalf. Requests from the mobile subscribers will be routed to your application thru the PRSP already existing network with Mobile network operator.
