I heard from some doubtful sources the reason bank cashiers don't put on blazers while at work, is to prevent them from pocketing unsuspecting customer's cash. I figured a long time ago that the best way to become a millionaire or get millions is to rob the whole world [or the public]
a shilling here, a shilling there - you dont feel it , but they are ending up in the same place and translate to millions...
banks and government institutions do it alot - they make killings on service commissions e.g fees, forms, processing fees etcetera
one day, i will go to China for one mission [to become a billionaire] - all I want is just 1 shilling from each citizen :-)
