What phone system is your organisation using and why.
We use Avaya Aura Communications Manager (aka ACM).
Why? Because of the features it offers. It's an enterprise communications
system.
It competes with Cisco "up there", so you can imagine:-)
I forgot to add that Avaya ACM (and IP Office PBXs) use Avaya Digital and IP
Phones, but also have support for analog phones by way of analog extention
chassis.
