
MAIN challenge with this kind of Chamma or SACCO solutions based on usage and implementation experience is...They are always under development and debugging phase,they have so many bugs that the users will see no use of IT after deployment. From a UX perspective, it all looks good. Until you spot strange things like different fonts, and odd looking and aligned elements (radio buttons etc). Did you get a template and add to it, or did your main UX guy quit somewhere in the middle of the project?
