Humphrey, What is your environment like? I wonder why you just can't get mail delivered directly to the ticketing system, in this time and age. It's my fear of systems that I call "complicated". If you do have a permanent Internet connection, then you really should possibly just integrate the ticketing system within your mail server. I take it that you don't handle e-mail for hundreds of users, or do you? Please describe your environment so that we can advise based on clear understanding.
