We should atleast identify a server, while collecting the money. The responsibility of identifying the server should be of all the people on the list, thus making it very transparent.
The Chinese have a proverb:*'Governing a great nation is like cooking a small fish - too much handling will spoil it.' *My opinion is... since Phares and Josiah are the Custodians of our Harambee, then someone else does the work of soliciting the server.
