We should atleast identify a server, while collecting the money. The
responsibility of identifying the server should be of all the people
on the list, thus making it very transparent.
The Chinese have a proverb:'Governing a great nation is like cooking a small fish - too much handling will spoil it.'
My opinion is... since Phares and Josiah are the Custodians of our Harambee, then someone else does the work of soliciting the server.
With that, it'll make work much more easier. My choice would be Alvin and someone else....!
