[Skunkworks] Modem Connection Error

Hi guys, Anyone encountered this error before? "*A connection to the remote computer could not be established. You might need to change the network settings for this connection*." The only solution that seems to work is restarting the machine. Brief details: OS: Win 7 64 Modem: Safcom Huawei modem, E220 Error Code: 720 How to replicate. Disconnect the modem, then attempt to reconnect. Yes, am still in touch with Mr. Google. Thanx in advance
