Anyone encountered this error before?

"A connection to the remote computer could not be established. You might need to change the network settings for this connection."

The only solution that seems to work is restarting the machine.

Brief details:

OS: Win 7 64

Modem: Safcom Huawei modem, E220

Error Code: 720

How to replicate. Disconnect the modem, then attempt to reconnect.

Yes, am still in touch with Mr. Google.
