Guys, This issue has been on this forum before. But just in case you did not catch it the first time, This Billing problem occurs when you have enabled other services on your phone [e.g email] that require it to go online. So when you have around 15 kshs as your airtime balance and your phone is connected, then it is usually impossible to Put a call through or even text. It usually helps to restart your phone or disconnect whatever service it is that is going online. E.g email. It is inconveniencing all the same and should be a problem Safari*con* should resolve. The Safaricom web site is horrible (non intuitive) too. So difficult to get gprs / email settings. It is Search Engine Unfriendly and one has to manally inputs metrics into web links to get / guess mobile phone settings. Why hide their links from google e.g

Going to Orange offices is less dreadful as they have fewer customers in areas where Zuku and KDN have good coverage. If these telecom firms gets their sites in order, fewer of us will distress their customer (s)care representatives.
