I concur with Maina on this one. KDN is trying to show the realignment the company wants to get into, probably due to the CC etc problems encountered by the consumers. Instead of wait and see approach, some guys have gone to the point of settling some old time scores with KDN (read Susan). If KDN is not your preferred choice, don't discourage the ones who feel it can satisfy them. There are so many ISPs in Kenya and KDN is just one of them. Even a jilted lover, as Maina has put it reasons when things go awry - either fight for the love or pack bags and leave.

Good hands, you mean? I seriously doubt that. These are the same people we could NOT find to support us at KDN, now we expect them to be different at SGL?? Hahaaa. Susan, I asked about the fixing of the finance (or do I call it Billing System) system at KDN. I have an unresolved case - over 1 year unresolved. Do you know anyone who can resolve it? Please ask that person to talk to me. I need to get it off my back, please.
The process might not be smooth as John noted, our legal depart is working on the transfers. SGK is our retail arm, but kdn partners with other ISP's and supports them. Thank you guys for raising the issues, we monitored the threads, and we were able to confirm our realignments strategies. We are sure the move is a good one esp. to ISP's and our retail clients.

Actually the difference between retail and corporate is 1MB :-) So if there's critical a great number of you buying 1MB pipes that capacity will be quickly raised to 5MB.
