Hi, I have been using airtel 3g for soe time without hiccups. This is how to fix the problem I figured that not all base stations have the 3g signal, so the signal is not as strong if you are far away from a base station that has it. So all you need to do is make sure that you find a location where you get as many bars on your modem as possible and make sure your modems stays there. You can use a USB extension cable to achieve this. That worked for me. On Mon, Apr 23, 2012 at 9:50 AM, Moses Muya <mouzmuyer@gmail.com> wrote:
Good People,
I've started using Airtel recently since some people "Misused 'Unlimited internet' " and our speeds were being throttled at 128 Kilobits/Sec(16 Kilobytes/Sec) download. Even though the speed is very good, the connection keeps going off every few minutes and back on. Does anyone here have a solution for that? The solution I was given by their customer care did not work! Thank you!
