Am trying to install Ubuntu on to a HP pavilion g7. Am using a live usb stick but UEFI is not detecting the live system and Google is not getting me anywhere. Any pointers on how to do this will be highly appreciated.
Have you turned off secure boot? Changed the boot order to force system to check USB first?
Try those and see if it help. Oh, it help too if you can be more precise on how you are going about it and when all is falling apart.
