Hello Washington, Thank you for your concern. We have a permanent internet connection to our systems. We however dont have a mail server in our premises but have our mailbox hosted by a company which is out of the country. If it can be possible to actually integrate the ticketing system with the mail server which is managed by a second party, please give me the details. We receive an average of thirty mails per day, and would like the ticketing system to be sending auto responses ONLY when a mail is sent TO our email address and no auto response to be sent out when an email is CCed (Carbon Copied) to the E-mail address Regards, Humphrey
