Am currently running Cynogen 7.1 Gingerbread but before this my 9100 ran Resurrection Remix ics 2.2 which is a very fine rom. I've also experimented Lite'ning Rom. You will need to install via ODIN. I was gonna test it and write my experience in a young forum I run but that was never to be.

A colleague of mine is currently running ICS on I9100G.
The ICS package was obtained from some non-official source below :

With the help of Odin3 software running on a PC, the task was quite easily done.
The only thing to be wary about is to distinguish between an ICS bundle packaged for I9100G & that one meant for I9100.
