seeing as the DB is "privately" hosted 1: ShadyGuy gets access to VerifyID DB, inserts FakeID details. 2: ShadyGuy conduct some transaction, someone uses the service to "verify". ShadyGuy is cleared, $$ changes hands. 3: ShadyGuy deletes FakeID details from DB. 4: ShadyGuy > /dev/null.

If it's not an official govt site, I'd rather refrain. Then, the Antiviruses also raising cautionary messages is just another thing one can look into.
Perhaps, when you key in an entry, it retains the data for "future exploits".
