I have tried all those things including removing most app except the common ones e.g. whatapp, facebook, twitter and my dear simple dilbert but they always pop up.
Nevertheless these apps were in my previous HTN One X and i never used to see the pop ups.

It's an app that is serving Google Ads as pop ups. Check the notification area for what app is serving the ads, or well, try removing smaller titles (Apps not from the major companies) one by one until the problem is gone.
You probably (or a kid playing with your phone) unknowingly installed such an app.

Lool iPhone is not an upgrade. Maybe an ego upgrade and a prestige boost but nothing techwise.

There are so many adblockers but most of them require you root your Android for them to work 100%. This works for me, zero ads ever since.
