I have tried all those things including removing most app except the common ones e.g. whatapp, facebook, twitter and my dear simple dilbert but they always pop up.

Nevertheless these apps were in my previous HTN One X and i never used to see the pop ups.

You probably (or a kid playing with your phone) unknowingly installed such an app.
