@Mugo,Well, I didn't find Olga's article dismissive of Safaricom at all. All it aimed to do was to try and highlight the effort 2 years prior to launch in Safaricom.Its a good thing that someone has taken time and effort to appraise the work of that small outfit in Cambridge. I wish more like this was done locally.
