@Mugo,<div>Well, I didn&#39;t find Olga&#39;s article dismissive of Safaricom at all. </div><div>All it aimed to do was to try and highlight the effort 2 years prior to launch in Safaricom.Its a good thing that someone has taken time and effort to appraise the work of that small outfit in Cambridge.</div>
<div>I wish more like this was done locally. There are many products launched in Safaricom and it would be encouraging to learn what and who actually make such achievements.....in some cases, small programmers sitting in some small cubicle in River road have developed several innovative products and services and without firms like Safaricom, their efforts would go down the drain....E.g it would be interesting to know the people contracted to develop Safaricom Live( Safcom&#39;s web and mobile portal)...</div>
